    When purchasing a house that is being sold from HUD and buyer is paying cash and the buyer is buying as Owner Occupant to occupy as Primary Residence; can they deed the property to anyone else within the 12 month period after obtaining the property??

    Example- if daughter is buying a house and paying cash – but wants to add mother onto property as co-owner in case anything happens to her is this acceptable after the purchase transaction has been completed?? Mother never intends on occupying as Primary Residence merely having ownership in the property???
